Chi Flow Yin Circles

Wheel of the Year
Chi Flow Yin Circles
We bring our awareness to the turning points of the year, which are traditionally celebrated and revered in the Celtic Wheel of the Year. These eight spiritual festivals mark changes of the seasons and reflect our inner cycles and the natural evolving of our consciousness in communion with nature, the elements and the Goddess.
This year I will focus my Chi Flow Yin Workshops on these spiritual festivals.
Chi = Life force / that which keeps us alive
Flow = Moving along with the natural stream of energy, attuned with the organic biorhythm
Yin = the female energy (complemented by Yang, the male energy)
The Chi Flow Yin Circle is for women who want to explore, deepen, awaken and empower their natural wisdom through:
-
Vocal Sounding and Mantra Singing
-
Meditation and Visualization
-
Yogic Movement and Dance
-
Energy Medicine (tapping, chakra clearings)
-
Transcendental Breathwork
-
Healing Relaxation Restoration Practice
You can register for each circle individually by sending me an email: isha@spiral-song.com
I look forward to flowing chi in yinful ways with you!

The Chi Flow Yin classes with Linda are like a healing balm for body and soul.
Even though these classes take place via Zoom, I feel very connected to all the women who participate. Linda greets each woman personally at the beginning and asks about how they are feeling. She responds to all needs and takes them into the workshop. A space of warmth is created where femininity is celebrated. At the end, Linda asks how we are doing and we share. These are beautiful circles and I always look forward to them.
