Chi Flow Yin Yoga Circle
We flow in yinful ways into relaxing, rewiring and renewing our body, heart and mind in alignment with our soul.
Chi = Life force / that which keeps us alive
Flow = Moving along with the natural stream of energy, attuned with the organic biorhythm
Yin = our restorative earth/water energy that allows our body and mind to slow down, rest and relax (complemented by Yang, the which is our fiery and airy, action-oriented energy)
Yoga = the union of opposites

The Chi Flow Yin Yoga Circles with Linda are like a healing balm for body and soul.
Even though these classes take place via Zoom, I feel very connected to all the women who participate. Linda greets each woman personally at the beginning and asks about how they are feeling. She responds to all needs and takes them into the workshop. A space of warmth is created where femininity is celebrated. At the end, Linda asks how we are doing and we share. These are beautiful circles and I always look forward to them.
